Postal workers union bristles at Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate

The influential American Postal Workers Union on Wednesday said, at this point, it opposes a coronavirus vaccine mandate from the Biden administration but encouraged workers to voluntarily take the jabs.

“While the APWU leadership continues to encourage postal workers to voluntarily get vaccinated, it is not the role of the federal government to mandate vaccinations for the employees we represent,” the union said in a statement. The union did not immediately respond to an after-hours email from Fox News. The union said in the statement that the safety of its workers is “of paramount importance” but “at this time the APWU opposes the mandating of COVID-19 vaccinations.”

Please. APWU couldn’t care less. I didn’t see them fighting to get us hazard pay as essential employees. As long as they can sit on their asses in the union office all day they are content

Vaccines for polio and small pox can be mandated but not for Covid? What’s the difference?

I will explain. Both polio and smallpox attacked indiscriminately. Covid heavily favors the elderly and those with comorbidities. Polio IFR is 10%, Smallpox 30%, Covid 1% before stratifying for the aforementioned age and comorbidities. If a movie was made that warranted all of the government overreach, panic, hysteria, and Covidstan cult junkies, would it look like this? It’s not the walking dead or Captain Tripps out there. It’s a really bad flu attacking those over 65. Protect them. We have entered 1984 dystopian times. Perhaps if the Gov. comes clean and admits this is an engineered virus, then we can… Read more »

Vaccines for polio and small pox are mandated. What’s the difference for Covid?

Polio and small pox vaccines are already mandated by the federal government. What’s the difference for Covid?

The difference is that the polio and MMR vaccines are true vaccines. You take the vaccine and you never get polio or MMR again. No boosters, no annual injections. This, however, is not true for the covid ‘vaccine’. Because it’s not a vaccine. If it were, once a person took the ‘vaccine’ jab they would no longer get covid. It’s a well known fact that even vaxed people get and spread covid.

that is completely wrong. Stop spreading disinformation. if you don’t know the answer to a question, don’t just make it up.

The CDC changed the language for vaccine from “immunity” to “protection” from a disease. Hello Orwellian 1984.
