The PMG discusses the Postal Service’s continued investments in technology, including Informed Delivery, a feature that provides customers with digital previews of their incoming mail, as well as Informed Visibility, an advanced analytics platform that supports business mailers’ marketing campaigns.
The 50-minute video, which is available on Blue (only from a postal computer) also includes remarks from Chief Customer and Marketing Officer Jim Cochrane, who discusses customer expectations and tactics in the digital age.
