Good for the MH ! The NALC has built in grievance money. Rurals are at the bottom of the barrel. The NRLCA has abandoned its members.
Correct me if I’m wrong:
Rurals and a few other unions had an incentive back in the early to mid 90s based on customer service index(?).
The percentage amounts ranged in the $400-600 range (more or less?)
That was the only time that moral and work ethic made for a positive environment.
This program ended. Reason: it cost too much money.
