Mail Truck Collides With Pickup Truck In Head-On Crash

MANCHESTER – A head-on collision between a USPS truck and pick-up truck blocked Route 70 for several hours Tuesday night.

Around 4:22 p.m., Manchester Township Police responded to the accident scene at mile marker 42 on Route 70.

Robert B. Fash, 55, of Barnegat, driving the USPS truck, was taken via Medivac to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune with non-life-threatening injuries.
Brian C. Fahey, 41, of Pemberton, the driver of the Ford F150, was taken to Community Medical Center for his non-life-threatening injuries.
