A White Christian male ex-U.S. Postal Service employee who says he was cursed at and called a racist by a Black female employee for wearing a MAGA hat to work may pursue reverse bias claims under Title VII, a Kentucky federal court said.
James Halbauer Jr., who also alleges his African American coworker was permitted to flout dress code regulations while White employees weren’t, raised plausible discrimination claims, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky said Monday.
