I have been a carrier for over 26 years. The process of handling the mail is inconsistant redundant and often late. High turnover of workers.The learning curve is too much dependent on technology. Thinking is no longer a skill. Spend too much time correcting miss handled mail & useless scans such as managed service points, loading truck feature. Texts by management that interrupt your performance. Like turn on your fan if your hot. Etc.
