Informed Delivery now allows multiple addresses

The Postal Service has upgraded Informed Delivery to better serve customers who have more than one address.

The free feature allows users to digitally preview their mail and manage incoming packages from their computers, smartphones and other devices.

Until recently, customers with more than one address had to create separate Informed Delivery accounts for each address.

With the new enhancements, customers can now set a primary residential address and a secondary PO Box address under one Informed Delivery account.

This upgrade will allow customers to toggle between the two addresses from their Informed Delivery dashboard to view their incoming mail and packages. Customers also will be able to manage their enrollment preferences for each address on their online profile.

Please include instructions on how to actually do this. I have been round and round on USPS and can’t find anywhere that I can add an informed delivery addrss. Thank you.

Found it! Sign into your USPS account. Once logged in and your on the screen that has “My Account:” on the left, click on “My Preferences.” Under “Account Management” click on “Informed Delivery.” Scroll down and UNCHECK the box next to “I have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Informed Delivery.  …” Then it will let you put in a new address for Informed Delivery once it verifies the address is valid and you verify your identity.
Took a while to figure this out and they don’t make it easy!

It did not work for me. I followed your instructions to a T, and it only allowed me to edit my address, not add an address.

It appears this is CLICK BAIT. As of 1/12/21 USPS informed me this is NOT possible. Must have separate accounts for each address. The same email address can be used for both but must be different accounts.

The site would not allow me to create a second account using the same email address. I had to use a different address.
