CORTLANDT, NY — Police didn’t say why someone would have threatened a postal worker outside the Mohegan Lake Post Office, but a Cortlandt man is facing charges in connection with the alleged July 26 incident.
New York State Police arrested Charles Coles, 54, at 1:30 p.m. Friday. He was sent to Westchester County jail without bail after appearing in town court.
He faces Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd degree, a class D felony, and Menacing in the 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
